Here are the events that have happened in Daniel and My life. We met in May of 2008 and have been having fun ever since then. We met somewhat by accident I was outside my apartment walking my dog Gus and Daniel happened to come home early, to the same apartment complex, and we started to talk. We got engaged in November and married in May of 2009.

Daniel's Birthday
Daniel had his birthday on the 26th and I would like to thank everyone who sent him cards and gifts. We ended up staying home and having some of his friends over. I made some chili which I was very proud of because it turned out good and everyone liked it, I had never made chili before. I also made a cake called Tres Leches, which means three milks, it is a regular yellow cake that is soaked in a mixture of heavy whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, and whole milk, then it is frosted with some whipped cream and I served ours with some strawberries. It turned out great! Daniel ended up getting some new shoes, shorts, shirt, hat and the four Fast and Furious movies.

Working for the Summer
Over the summer I was working at the Sedgwick County Zoo and while I did not actually work with these animals I just thought these pictures were really good. I worked in the education department where I took three groups of ten 13 year olds around the zoo and had them work with some of the keepers mostly cleaning and doing daily routine. That was done in August. I was also working at Petco, not much different then what I normally do, but now I am mostly taking care of the reptiles. Daniel has been roofing like usual, the weather has been very nice this summer and he has been able to work a lot. Daniel has also been playing soccer, but recently hurt his knee so will be taking a break form that.Friday, September 11, 2009
Daryl and Daniel's Wedding
We got married on May 16, 2009. The ceremony was small and wonderful, I would like to thank the friends and family that helped with the decorations and food. I was happy to fit into my dress and Daniel looked great in his white tux. My sister and Cassy were the best bridesmaids I could ask for and they looked great. Little Kaitlyn managed to get herself into almost every picture that wasn't posed, she is so cute.
